ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT ILIR BARAT I KOTA PALEMBANG
The purpose of this study was to determine the performance and inhibiting factors of employees at the Ilir Barat I sub-disctict office of Palembang City. The background of this research is to analyze the performance of employees at the Ilir Barat I sub-disctict office. So it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of employee performance at the Ilir Barat I sub-disctict office of Palembang City using Robbin’s performance theory based on this theory the indicators used to measure employee performance are running well or not consisting of quality of work, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence and work commitment. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, the overall performance of employees at the Ilir Barat I sub-disctict office of Palembang City has been running well and has a positive impact on public services. High quality of work, adequate quantity, consistent timeliness, effective use of resources, and strong work commitment are the main indicators of good performance. However, improving self-reliance is still an area that needs attention. With continuous monitoring and development of these six dimensions of performance, the Ilir Barat I sub-disctict office can continue to improve public services and achieve more optimal results in the future.
