ANALISIS PERBEDAAN KEPUASAN PESERTA JKN DI RUMAH SAKIT SRIWIJAYA DAN RUMAH SAKIT TK.II DR AK GANI PALEMBANG DENGAN PENDEKATAN HCAHPS
Patient satisfaction is an important indicator to assess the quality, effectiveness, and success of health services. This study aims to analyze differences in satisfaction of national health insurance participants in private hospitals and government hospitals. The method in this research is quantitative research through an analytic survey approach using a cross sectional study method with a total of 510 respondents. This research was conducted at Sriwijaya Hospital Palembang (private hospital) and TK.Il Dr. AK Gani Hospital Palembang (public hospital). The satisfaction method used was the HCAHPS survey. This research was conducted from July to September 2024. For the difference test in this study using the Mann Whitney test. At Sriwijaya Hospital, the satisfaction value of nurse communication was 96.6%, doctor communication was 95.7%, hospital environment was 99.5%, hospital staff was 70.7%, pharmaceutical communication was 76%, understanding of discharge information was 98.1%, hospital recommendations were 93.3% and satisfaction was 95.7%. At AK Gani Hospital, the satisfaction value of the nurse communication dimension was 95.7%, doctor communication 97%, hospital environment 98.7%, hospital staff 73.8%, pharmaceutical communication 82.1%, understanding of discharge information 97.7%, hospital recommendations 95.7% and satisfaction 96.7%. Then for the Mann Whitney difference test obtained a p-value of 0,024, therefore it can be concluded that there is a difference between the level of satisfaction of patients with national health insurance at the Sriwijaya General Hospital Palembang and at Dr. AK Gani Hospital Palembang. It is recommended that both hospitals make improvements to hospital facilities, improve pharmaceutical communication skills and increase the speed and accuracy of hospital responses to patients.
