REGULASI EMOSI PADA SISWA YANG BERMAIN GAME ONLINE DI SMA IT AL- FURQON PALEMBANG
The rapid development of technology has a major impact on human development in various aspects, including in terms of entertainment, one of which is online gaming. However, this has a negative impact on aspects of student development, one of which is the emotional aspect. Emotion regulation is influenced by many factors, one of which is gender. preliminary studies conducted by interviewing students at SMA IT-Alfurqon Palembang show that almost all students play online games on average the duration they play online games 3-5 hours per day. This study aims to determine the level of emotion regulation of students at SMA IT-Alfurqon Palembang. This research was conducted with descriptive quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires with Likert scale to the variable of emotion regulation to 98 students as a sample of 151 population.
