STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM DALAM SOSIALISASI ELECTRIC VEHICLE (STUDI KASUS PT PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK DISTRIBUSI SUMATERA SELATAN, JAMBI DAN BENGKULU TAHUN 2024).
This study examines the Instagram social media communication strategy carried out by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Sumatera Selatan, Jambi dan Bengkulu in socializing Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV). In this study, the researcher utilized quaitative research methods by conducting a descriptive approach by collecting data from interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the conducted research, it is found that PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Sumatera Selatan, Jambi dan Bengkulu still needs to make better improvisations in publishing content related to the socialization of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV). Improvisations can be done in various ways, including constantly creating contents based on popular trens among the public and conducting better social media management. It is hoped that with these improvisations, people who need informantions about BEV can be informed and increase audience engagement on the Instagram social media page owned by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Sumatera Selatan, Jambi dan Bengkulu.
