This research aims to determine the results of implementing physical test results measurements using the PJOK physical test application for extracurricular soccer students at SMA 1 Ogan Ilir. This type of research, namely implementation test result measurement application soccer player physique using the PJOK physical test application, in data collection using method observation, interview, and documentation as well as in system development using method waterfall. The data collection technique in this research is by providing tests and measurements to the research sample using the PJOK physical test application. The sample in this research uses the total sampling that is, the entire population was used as a research sample, totaling 35 students, consisting of 20 male students and 15 female students. From the results of data processing and data analysis using the help of the SPSS 26 application, the results of research on the implementation of measuring physical test results using the application for extracurricular football students at SMA 1 Ogan Ilir obtained results in the good category, then the research results showed that the use of the PJOK physical test application It can be said to be effective for measuring the physical condition of students at SMA 1 Ogan Ilir
