PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI CARA PEMBUATAN POLA BAJU WANITA DEWASA PADA PROGRAM MENJAHIT DI LKP SAMIR KOTA PALEMBANG.
ABSTRACT Sewing skills training at LKP Samir Kota Palembang often encounters obstacles, particularly participants having difficulty understanding the steps of making women’s clothing patterns through verbal instruction alone. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of animated video media to support pattern-making instruction. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation). The research subjects include three experts (material, media, language) and 15 sewing course participants. Data collection instruments consist of validation questionnaires and practicality questionnaires. The validation results show material expert scores of 77,5% (valid category), media expert 95% (very valid), and language expert 72,5% (valid). Practicality tests scored 80% (One To One) and 2,92% (Small Group), indicating that the media is generally valid and practical. Participants’ responses also indicated that the animated video made it easier to understand the step-by-step process of pattern making and allowed for material repetition. Therefore, the developed animated video is considered valid, practical, and suitable for use as a learning medium to help participants understand the pattern-making process in sewing training.
