ANALISIS RISIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG PARU RSUD SITI FATIMAH KOTA PALEMBANG
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a critical aspect in the execution of construction projects, particularly large-scale endeavors such as the development of the Pulmonary Building at RSUD Siti Fatimah in Palembang. The high incidence of workplace accidents in Indonesia's construction sector, accounting for approximately 30% of total national cases in 2023, underscores the persistent challenges in OSH management despite existing regulations. This study aims to analyze OSH risks occurring during the construction project and formulate mitigation strategies to reduce potential workplace accidents. Through field observations, interviews, and questionnaires, 99 risks were identified: 8 high-risk, 69 medium-risk, and 22 low-risk, assessed using the AS/NZS 4360:1999 standard. High-risk incidents predominantly involved falling materials during sloof work and reinforcement tasks at elevated areas. Risk control strategies were implemented using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) approach, encompassing the use of personal protective equipment, installation of safety signage, technical training, and enhanced communication and supervision. The findings of this study are expected to elevate OSH implementation standards and support the achievement of zero accidents in construction projects, particularly in the development of healthcare facilities.
