PENGARUH GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (GHRM) PRACTICE, GREEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, GREEN PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE TERHADAP GREEN COMMITMENT SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA GREEN PERFORMANCE KARYAWAN BUMN MANUFAKTUR DI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to examine the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices, green transformational leadership and green psychological climate on green commitment and its implications for green performance of manufacturing SOE employees in South Sumatra. Green performance is an important factor supporting the company's sustainability goals, and this research tries to understand the factors that influence it. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to leaders and employees of manufacturing SOEs in South Sumatra. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis techniques to evaluate the direct and indirect relationships between the variables studied. The results showed that, each variable GHRM Practices, Green Transformational leadership, Green psychological climate has a positive and significant effect on employee green performance. green commitment as a mediating variable plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between GHRM Practices, Green transformational leadership & green psychological climate with green performance of employees. These findings emphasize the importance of improving GHRM practices, green transformational leadership & green psychological climate in an effort to improve employee green performance.
