Archive management is an important aspect in governance and is increasingly relevant in the digital era with Open Government. Palembang City has adopted e-Government but faces challenges such as infrastructure and digital literacy. The implementation of Srikandi in the South Sumatra DPRD has reached 80% in 42 OPDs in 2024, but there are still obstacles in its utilization. This study explores Srikandi's contribution to improving archive management. This study uses qualitative methods to collect descriptive data and in-depth analysis. These methods include interviews, observations, and case studies. The author also analyzes the relationship between variables through sentences, tables, and graphs, which are based on relevant theoretical foundations. This approach aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic under study. The research findings show that leadership support is the key to the success of SRIKANDI implementation in the DPRD Secretariat. The leadership actively provides facilities and guidance, but challenges such as lack of continuity of support and employee resistance to change still exist. Systematic training and employee understanding of technology need to be improved. The community must feel the benefits of SRIKANDI so that the implementation of SRIKANDI is considered successful, with the necessary impact evaluation. Research recommendations include increasing leadership support for the implementation of SRIKANDI through adequate coaching and facilities. Systematic training is needed for employees to improve their understanding of technology. In addition, it is important to have an impact on the use of SRIKANDI and ensure good infrastructure. The community needs to feel the real benefits of this application so that adoption and user trust increase. Keywords: Archive Management, E-Government, SRIKANDI Implementation.
