This research aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the blended learning method in implementation of PKP in the Human Resources Developement Agency of South Sumatera Province. The type of research employed is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this research consist of primary data, obtained through interviews with several informants, and secondary data, derived from a literature review related to the research topic, such as documents containing relevant data, regulations, and reports. This research focuses on measuring effectiveness based on the theory of Ni Wayan Budiani (2007), which includes four dimensions: targeting accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of the blended learning method in implementation of PKP in the Human Resources Developement Agency of South Sumatera Province has been effective. This is evidenced by the achievement of appropriate targeting, successful program socialization, accomplishment of program objectives, and optimal program monitoring. Although several obstacles were encountered during the training process, such as limited internet access, participants' low digital literacy, and distractions during the sessions, the participants' competency outcomes still met expectations and could be applied in the workplace environment. Therefore, these obstacles did not hinder the optimal implementation of the training program.
