KONDISI KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT TRANSMIGRASI KOTA TERPADU MANDIRI SUNGAI RAMBUTAN PARIT KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

The purpose of this study was to determine the welfare conditions of the transmigration community in the Sungai Rambutan Parit Independent Integrated City, Ogan Ilir Regency. The method applied in this study is a type of descriptive quantitative research with the population in this study being all transmigration communities in the Sungai Rambutan Parit Independent Integrated City, Ogan Ilir Regency, totaling 900 Heads of Families using random sampling to determine the number of samples with a margin of error of 10% of the population, namely 90 heads of families. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires and then the data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the welfare conditions based on the measurement of eight indicators according to the Central Statistics Agency, namely population with a high category, health and nutrition including the high category, education in the medium category, employment in the low category, consumption levels and patterns including the high category, housing in the medium category, poverty in the medium category, and other social categories included in the high category. Based on the results of data processing, it showed that 7 respondents were classified as high welfare, 54 respondents were classified as medium welfare, and 29 respondents were included in the low welfare category. Overall, the welfare condition of the KTM Sungai Rambutan-Parit transmigration community obtained a score of 16, which is included in the moderate category.
