INOVASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK BERBASIS APLIKASI MANAJEMEN ABSENSI DOSEN ASN (AMANDA) DI LLDIKTI WILAYAH II
Innovation in services has become a crucial aspect in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of bureaucracy, particularly in the management of employee attendance administration. The Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region II has adopted digital innovation by implementing the ASN Lecturer Attendance Management Application (AMANDA) as a more transparent and accountable attendance recording system. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of public service innovation through the AMANDA application has been carried out by LLDIKTI Region II, specifically at PGRI University Palembang and IGM University Palembang. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with relevant informants, observations, and a review of relevant documents. The analysis is based on Rogers' diffusion of innovation theory, which includes five key indicators: relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The results show that AMANDA provides a relative advantage in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of attendance recording compared to the previous manual method. The application also aligns with current regulations and supports the implementation of e-government in the higher education sector. Although there are challenges related to system complexity and user readiness, the socialization and training provided have helped improve the acceptance of this innovation. With the presence of AMANDA, the management of lecturer attendance has become more effective and has reduced the potential for data manipulation. The study recommends enhancing the application's features.
