The increase of thc number of tourists in Bangka Belitung and the variety of cultures m dance require residential facilities and media to accommodate the cultural attractions, so that a resort is designed with a dance studio as a tourism attraction. However, nowadays a building design often has an impact on the environment, as well as the rise of global warming issue then we can utilize the existing natural potential by applying the concept of eco-architecture in thc design of the building. This concept uses natural lighting and evaporating, maintains the contour without the equitable distribution of land, and optimizes the view on the site. The concept of the building with vemacular architectural style to show the culture and character of the environment is adapted from the local traditional building. It is expected that this design concept can maintain the balance and interrelationship between humans and the environment without creating impact for humans and the local environment.
