Indonesia is a developing country, lo achicve a strong economv is ncccssary to transport siifficieni and adequate. Transportation is divided into three types. including land transport. sea transpori and air transport. The growth of transportation in Indonesia, cspccially road transport is currcntly growing very rapidlv. this has resulted in increasingly congested highways. The densily of the highway can cause congestion lliat makes the driver feel exhausled, so the driver need tor a break / rest area convenient. Batang Hari as the border area benveen South Sumatra to Sematera West have great opportunities in developing Rest areas Truck (the transport of goods) lo be used approximately 70% in order to usc and users of private transport 30% due to the Batang I lari heart of transportation in Sumatra. Thcreforc. to avoid fatigue in the course of the necessary exislence of a transit that serves to eliminate fatigue. One area that correspond to eliminate fatigue in the course of Truck Stop is located in Batang Hari. Region Area Truck Stop in Batang Hari is one area that should be mandatory for the transport of goods for truck rest area is a complex with the Department of Transportation Bridge scales (DLAJR).
