Agropolitan Gandus area is the area of the agricultural sector which is ortly limited for the area i o survive. When applied to the concept of a planned, integrated and comprehensive, agricultural area is the business inves/ment which promises to the commtmify i n the crty of Palembang who lived rri the arca of Agropolitan Gandus Pulokcrto sub-districl. The concept of integrated agricultural development is now driven by the Government of Palembang City with developing region in the sub-district Gandus Pulokerto, Palembang, with integrated agricultural development program concept agropolitan. To support the government program, so the Center for Research and freshwater fish cultivation tourism facilities ready to planned for m of aquaculture Tour freshwater fish with education concept and recreation where communities or farmers fish can leam t o cultivatingfish consumption. Cmest house as a temporary shelter for the guests who want to leam fish cultivation and also researchers, and there are also supporting facilities such as restaurants and alter the view of society toward the place of research that is closed to the area that is open to the sutrounding environment with a thematic approach eko-architecture that is environmentally sustainable approach to the environment. The intent and purpose of environmentally sustainable approach to the environment is how to design to change the mind of the person who is usually where research is a place that was closed fi'om cmoiher activities, and also fish cultivation that usually there is no tour concept that made the pool the cultivation does not have the activity. With the utilization of river water and waste water treatment can be applied and used by the commumty. With the existence of "Research Center and Tour Freshwater Fish Cultivation in Palembang" it should be the place of retention water which usefull and friendly.
