In scientific writing, the writer divides into four variations of the test with the second stage of the research is the condition of bearings are corroded during (5 days, 10 days, 15 days, 20 days.), And the condition of bearings are corroded by the addition of variable lubricant for (5 days , 10 days, 15 days, 20 days). The assay results from this penelitiaan seen the results of testing conducted in identifiers with the help of MATLAB program, bearing corroded detected 99.6% with the percentage of failure is not detected only 0.4%, in line with expectations in the author identifiers that have corroded bearings. Then the next stage of testing resulting in the percentage of test pads are corroded by the addition of lubricant variable detected> 50% corroded bearings decreased levels of vibration, friction and noise levels occur. It can be said that the influence of the lubricant with a viscosity of 20W-40 may dampen the level of damage to the bearings were corroded.
