This research discusses the police partnership in overcoming criminal acts carried out by the Police and Community Partnership Forum (FKPM) to implement security and order in the Betung Village area, Banyuasin Regency. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze how to deal with criminal acts and give confidence to the public regarding the tasks carried out by FKPM. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study strategy. This research uses participation theory from Ach. Wazir, Ws. Data obtained with one key informant, three main informants and three supporting informants through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that implementation in overcoming criminal acts was carried out through the participation of FKPM and was formed in early 2023 with active implementation to give confidence to the people of Betung Subdistrict in providing security, order and community welfare assistance. There are two forms of FKPM participation, namely first, in the form of real money, energy and skills. Second, FKPM participation is in an intangible form in the form of thoughts and decisions. The factors behind the community having trust in FKPM are building communication with the community, conducting consultations and participating in community meeting activities.
