This research aims to determine the process of instilling entrepreneurial values in students at the Nurul Hilal Islamic boarding school, Senuro Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research, it can be concluded that the process of instilling entrepreneurial values in students at the Nurul Hilal Islamic boarding school is carried out in two ways. Firstly, developing the entrepreneurial mental attitude of students through five-spiritual education which consists of the value of sincerity, the value of simplicity, the value of independence, the value of brotherhood and freedom. The process of instilling entrepreneurial education values through Pancajiwa values is the right approach. This is because through pancajiwa values, entrepreneurial values can be firmly embedded along with appropriate character and morals. Second, through the process of introducing existing business units in Islamic boarding schools, such as involvement in boarding school cooperatives, canteens and rubber plantations. This business is a positive step to develop students' entrepreneurial skills and spirit. By being involved in business units, students can gain practical experience in entrepreneurship.
