Hotel development is supported by the role of the city of Palembang in many national and international events that make the city of Palembang as the host, which would certainly increases the amount of tourist arrivals to Palembang. City Hotel planned at strategic locations in the city, with the goal of facilitate the accommodation for the majority of business people and tourists who visit Palembang. In potential and investment opportunities in the tourism sector, including points MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition) which will support the City Hotel's facility completeness. The Importance hotel in Palembang is supported by the increasing number of hotel guests in order to anticipate enough accommodations. Therefore, necessary hotel that also fulfill the needs for accommodation and activity for most of the businesses. Planning and Designing City Hotel in Palembang approach Contemporary Architecture which represents an impression of elegance for business people and is also equipped with supporting facilities for business events and meetings such as business center and meeting room.
