The development research aims to produce animated learning video products assisted by the Powtoon online platform on the material of living things and the environment of class X SMK which are feasible and practical. This type of research is Development Research using the ADDIE model, namely the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The subjects of this study were 8 small group trial students and 27 large group trial students at SMK Negeri South Sumatra. Data collection was carried out using interviews, validation questionnaires, practitioners and documentation. This learning video using the Powtoon application was developed based on the results of analyzing the needs of students and teachers at SMK Negeri South Sumatra. Powtoon-assisted animated learning videos can be accessed on the YouTube link bit.ly/3URTazO. The results of the research obtained, namely the validation assessment by media experts obtained an average score of 91% with a very valid category, and the assessment by material expert validation obtained an average score of 95% with a very valid category. The results of the practicality of small group trial students obtained an average score of 77% with a practical category, and the large group trial obtained an average score of 87% with a very practical category. The development of Powtoon-assisted animated learning videos on the material of living things and the environment is declared valid and practical to use in learning. The suggestion of this study is that teachers can utilize the learning animation videos developed.
