Regions veteran is one of the largest area for a business buying and selling new or used car. In auto showroom condition of the building is selling used cars and condition of Palembang city's growing cause of limited land, building density become a problem for the development of the auto showroom in Palembang and efficient for development expenditure. By looking at these conditions required a comprehensive development plan and consider maximally cfficiency. This method is called Prefabrication methods. Given this method, the planning and design Auto Showroom Vertical in Kota Palembang using design approach Building Auto Showroom Vertical Method Prefabricated, where the design of the building on the structure and finish using materials are prefabricated in accordance with the size of the material that has been made in a factory, then shape of the building also follows the criteria of existing prefabricated buildings. Expected using these methods can create more efficient buildings according to the function of the building is designed.
