South Sumatra records one of the highest rates of drug abuse in Indonesia, ranking second nationwide. In accordance with Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, addicts are required to undergo medical and social rehabilitation. Responding to this, a rehabilitation facility was designed to integrate five main therapy methods—Cold Turkey, Substitution, Hydrotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Group Therapy—focusing on physical, mental, and social recovery. Data from BNNP in 2022 indicated a growing demand for rehabilitation services, yet available facilities remain limited and often lack a holistic approach. Therefore, this design not only emphasizes core therapies but also incorporates supporting activities such as sports, gardening, and educational programs to enhance patients' well-being and equip them with the skills needed for reintegration into society.
