Tourist resort o f Mount Dempo is a planning that accommodate facility to stay for tourists who come t o visi t the c i tv of Pagar Alam especially the tourist of Mount Dempo area. Nowadays, lodging facilities that exist have not been able to complete the needs of consumers because of inadequate facilities. Resort is equipped with facilities such as a spa, restaurant, fitness center as a gym and a ballroom. The architectural beauty and cultural wealth of Pagar Alam used as the basic concept of planning this tourist resort of Mount Dempo. Besemah architecture that highlight the value of local wisdom becomes the main points. Besides the form of the house, grouping the building also follow the pattern of the original village settlement Besemah placement, but still tailored to the general needs of the resort. The location site plan is located in Mount Dempo with three potential view of Mount Dempo, tea plantation and c i t}' light. With the three potential of this view, the planning of the site plan has centered o n a c i t}' light patterns with a view of the mount ain that i s used as a view that can b e seen also f r om the masses room resort. Besides, there is an axis that uni tes the middle of the site plan 'between Mount Dempo and city light. This shaft i s a pedestrian ways that uni t e the public areas and privat e areas.The main characteristic is the home s/age Besemah architecture making it suitable for locations that have a contour design. In addition to the resort, tourists can feel the cultural atmosphere of Pagar Alam. Planning this resort has also become one of the efforts in fulfilling one of the cit\,,s Vision Pagar Alam, namely Pagar Alam develop tourism based nature tourism, cultural tourism along with the attraction characterized by values of local wisdom.
