Fluctuations in RSS I rubber production at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Kebun Musilandas indicate the presence of risks in each production stage. The objectives of this study are to: (1) identify risk events and sources in the RSS I rubber production process, (2) determine the priority risk sources for mitigation, and (3) develop appropriate mitigation strategies. The research was conducted using a survey method with purposive sampling, and data were analyzed using the House of Risk (HOR) approach. The results showed that the main risk source was workers not following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), followed by uncertain weather, mechanical shocks, and enzymatic activity during latex reception. Recommended strategies include regular SOP training, periodic equipment inspections, direct supervision, and optimization of latex transport time
