This research aims to determine the effect of Employee Position Promotion on Employee Work Performance at PTPN VII (Persero) Suli Inti Muara Enim Unit. The population in this study were all employees of PTPN VII (Persero) Suli Inti Muara Enim Unit, totaling 118 employees. Sampling in this study used accidental sampling by determining the number of samples taken in this study using the Slovin sampling calculation method and the number of samples obtained was 54 employees. This research uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. This research method uses a simple linear regression analysis method and uses SPSS software as an analysis tool. The results of this research show that Position Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the Work Performance of PTPN VII (Persero) Suli Inti Muara Enim Unit Employees.
