VERIFIKASI METODE UJI KADAR BESI (Fe) DALAM AIR LIMBAH LABORATORIUM PENANGANAN DAN ANGKUTAN BATUBARA (PAB) MENGGUNAKAN SNI 6989-84-2019
Verification of the test method for iron (Fe) levels in wastewater in the coal handling and transportation laboratory was carried out using the atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) method. The purpose of the study was to determine the linearity of the calibration curve, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ), method detection level (MDL), precision, and accuracy. The results obtained from the method verification parameters, such as the linearity of the calibration curve, obtained a slope value of 0.0383 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.99987. The limit of detection (LOD) value was 0.0414 mg/L, the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 0.1382 mg/L, and the method detection level (MDL) was 0.0016. The precision value obtained from analyst 1 was 0.6766% and in analyst 2 it was 0.5915%. The CV Horwitzh value of analyst 1 was obtained at 2.40% and analyst 2 was obtained at 2.40%. The accuracy value obtained was 102.54%. Research was conducted to determine the parameters of method verification by producing accurate, precision, reliable and consistent data in accordance with established standards.
