Technological advances in the rice Polishing industry have increased competition between companies. One way that companies need to do to face competition is to carry out the production process efficiently. The efficient use of inputs in the production process aims to minimize operational costs and maintain its business. The objectives of this study are to 1. Identify the use of inputs and outputs in the shaving of raw rice. 2. Analyze the factors that affect the production level of packaged rice in shredded rice. 3. Analyze the level of technical and allocative efficiency of the packaged rice production process. This research will be conducted at PT Jaya Agro Persada located in Babatan Sodagar Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province, using the case study method, sampling using the census method. Data processing is done using Excel and SPSS version 25. The use of inputs at PT Jaya Agro Persada, namely raw materials for raw rice, rice packaging, labor, working hours, operational costs and selling brands to produce outputs, namely packaged rice marketed with three brands, namely JAP Red, JAP Green and JAP Cap Jengkol. The average production of packaged rice at PT Jaya Agro Persada is 31,595 kg/day. Input factors that influence the production of packaged rice at PT Jaya Agro Persada are raw materials, working hours, and operational costs. The use of raw materials, rice packaging, and working hours is technically efficient. While labor, operational costs and selling brands obtained values are not technically efficient. The results of the analysis of the allocative efficiency of input use at PT Jaya Agro Persada show that the use of raw materials, rice packaging, and labor is not allocatively efficient.
