PENGARUH KOMBINASI TERAPI BUTTERFLY HUG DAN AROMATERAPI LEMON TERHADAP PERUBAHAN STRES AKADEMIK REMAJA DI PESANTREN AR-RIYADH TALANG BETUTU
Academic stress is one of the problems often experienced by adolescents, especially in Islamic boarding schools that have high academic and discipline demands. Effective management of academic stress is needed to improve the psychological well-being of students. This study aims to analyze the effect of a combination of butterfly hug therapy and lemon aromatherapy on changes in academic stress in adolescents at the Ar-Riyadh Talang Betutu Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a quantitative method in the form of pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design. This study uses a total sampling method. The respondents of the study were students who experienced mild to high levels of academic stress based on the results of the initial screening. Measurement of stress levels was carried out before and after the intervention using a validated academic stress scale, namely the Student-life Stress Inventory (SSI) questionnaire.
