ANALISIS DAYA KELUARAN MODUL SURYA POLIKRISTALIN 10 WP MENGGUNAKAN ARDUINO DENGAN VARIASI ARAH DAN SUDUT KEMIRINGAN 15°
The primary energy demand in Indonesia continues to increase in line with population growth and technological advancement, while dependence on fossil fuels remains significantly high. One potential alternative to meet this energy demand is the utilization of solar energy as a renewable energy source. Solar Power Plants with solar modules play a crucial role in converting solar energy into electricity, where the panel's orientation and tilt angle greatly influence the output power generated. This study aims to analyze the output power of a 10 Wp polycrystalline solar module with variations in orientation, namely East, West, and North, and a tilt angle of 15°, using an Arduino-based monitoring system. The research was conducted over seven days within the time range of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. WIB, by measuring voltage, current, output power, and light intensity in real-time. The results show that the solar module facing East consistently produced the highest output power, with a maximum value of 5.56 watts and an average output power of 5.00 watts at 12:00 p.m. WIB. The module facing West generated a maximum output power of 5.02 watts with an average of 4.57 watts, while the module facing North produced a maximum output power of 4.65 watts with an average of 4.26 watts. Therefore, it can be concluded that the optimal configuration for generating maximum power under the conditions of this study is a solar module facing East with a tilt angle of 15°.
