Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kanwil PT. BRI Persero Tbk. Palembang (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kanwil PT. BRI Persero Tbk. Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei menyebarkan kuesioner kemudian hasilnya diolah dengan SPSS 26. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kanwil PT. BRI Persero Tbk. Palembang. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
