In the banking world, a teller and customer service are frontliners in banks who play an active role in providing services. Teller provides services related to transactions and customer service provides services related to bank product information and customer complaints. This Final Report focuses on the implementation of teller and customer service services at Bank Sumsel Babel Muara Padang Cash Office. With the purpose of writing to find out the implementation of services, obstacles faced and solutions that can be done by tellers and customer service in providing services at Bank Sumsel Babel Muara Padang Cash Office. The results explained that the implementation of teller and customer service services to increase customer satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel Muara Padang Cash Office has been running well and has tried to provide the best service to customers in accordance with existing rules. However, there are obstacles faced by tellers and customer service at Bank Sumsel Babel Muara Padang Cash Office, which is due to external factors of the bank regarding the need for self-adjustment time from the community and surrounding customers to understand the procedures at Bank Sumsel Babel. To overcome these obstacles, tellers and customer service can conduct socialization, or provide direct directions when providing services to customers if customers still do not understand.
