The analysis was conducted using a quantitative approach with Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), Payback Period (PP), and Break Even Point (BEP) as financial indicators. The data used in this study include investment costs, operational costs, revenue, and income obtained from the oyster mushroom business over one production cycle. The results show that the oyster mushroom business at UMKM Rifda is financially feasible, with a positive NPV value of Rp31,656,102,-, an IRR of 28%, which exceeds the applicable interest rate, a Net B/C of 1.675, indicating that benefits outweigh costs, a Gross B/C of 1.050, confirming the profitability of the business, and a PP of 2.6 years, which is within the feasibility threshold. Additionally, the business's BEP is recorded at Rp104,081,279,- or equivalent to 2,103 kg of mushrooms. The sensitivity analysis reveals that this business remains viable despite a decline in selling prices, a reduction in production, and an increase in raw material costs, with respective tolerance limits of 3.74%, 4.81%, and 13.70%. Therefore, production efficiency strategies such as utilizing local raw materials and optimizing marketing efforts are crucial factors in enhancing competitiveness and ensuring business sustainability.
