ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK IKAN ASIN DI KAMPUNG SIABANG KECAMATAN SEBERANG ULU I KOTA PALEMBANG
Kampung Siabang is a center for salted fish production that contributes to the local economy. This study aims to analyze the supply chain of salted fish in Kampung Siabang, Seberang Ulu I District, Palembang City, focusing on product flow, financial flow, information flow, and supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method. The research employed a survey method with a census sampling approach for business actors and accidental and snowball sampling techniques for fishermen, traders, and consumers. Data were collected through direct interviews and field observations. The results indicate that the product flow moves from fishermen to business actors, then to wholesalers, retailers, and finally to consumers. The financial flow moves in the opposite direction, from consumers to traders, business actors, and fishermen, while the information flow is bidirectional among all supply chain participants. The supply chain performance measurement using the SCOR method shows positive results across all attributes. The reliability attribute achieved 100%, flexibility was measured at 3.59 days, responsiveness had a lead time of 24 hours and an order fulfillment cycle of 75.59 hours, while asset management recorded a cash-to-cash cycle time of 5 days with zero daily inventory. Although the overall supply chain performance is classified as good, the absence of inventory poses a risk to supply stability. Therefore, strategies to optimize stock management are necessary to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the salted fish supply chain in Kampung Siabang.
