This study aims to find out the school's efforts in realizing the Pancasila Student Profile at SMK Aisyiyah Palembang, this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the sampling used in this study is the purposive sampling technique, the number of informans in this study is one main informans, the vice principal of the curriculum section and six students as supporting informans, data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, the results of the study obtained are the school's efforts in realizing the pancasila student Profile at SMK Aisyiyah Palembang, implementing a positive school culture, integrating co-curricular learning, implementing intracurricular learning and implementing extracurricular activities, all these activities and learning have been maximized and running well.
