This study aims to analyze the influence of age, income, dependents, and educational level on the decision of women in the workforce to work as online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang City. The sample for this research consists offemale workers in Palembang City who work as online motorcycle taxi drivers in 2024. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews using questionnaires distributed to women in the workforce working as online motorcycle taxi drivers. Secondary data were obtainedfrom the internet and were used to estimate the total population offemale workers employed as online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang City. The method used to analyze the research data is logistic regression analysis. The study found that, based on the Wald test results, income has a positive and significant effect on women's interest in working as online motorcycle taxi drivers. However, the variables of age, number of dependents, and educational level do not significantly influence women's decision to work as online motorcycle taxi drivers at a significance level of 5% (a = 0.05).
