PERAN NOTARIS/PPAT DALAM MEMBUAT AKTA PEMBERIAN HAK TANGGUNGAN SECARA ELEKTRONIK
Currently, the role of a notary/PPAT covers various things, the public's need for the function of a Notary/PPAT in daily life has spread to various aspects of life, such as financing matters involving banking and requiring mortgage guarantees as the basis for guaranteeing someone's financing loan. This research aims to analyze, find out and understand how the Notary/PPAT's authority regulates the Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights before and after the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 9 of 2019 concerning Electronic Integrated Mortgage Services?, and what are the responsibilities? Notary/PPAT law in making a Deed of Encumbrance of Mortgage Rights electronically? This research is normative research using a statutory approach, scientific works, books, journals related to the theme of writing. In this research, it is known that the regulation regarding the installation of mortgage rights requires a Notary/PPAT, especially in making credit contracts and also making deeds granting mortgage rights performance.
