USER INTERFACE REDESIGN PADA WEBSITE PENGADILAN AGAMA PALEMBANG KELAS 1A MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING
The website of the Palembang Class 1A Religious Court serves as a crucial platform for the public to access information regarding court services and procedures. However, initial observations revealed several shortcomings in the website’s interface that could potentially reduce user Satisfaction, such as a less intuitive layout, difficulty in finding information, and limited accessibility . To address these issues, this study aims to redesign the user interface of the Palembang Class 1A Religious Court website using the Design Thinking approach. The Design Thinking method was chosen due to its emphasis on user needs and experiences. The design process begins with the Empathize stage to understand user needs through interviews and surveys, followed by the Define stage to identify the core problems. In the Ideate stage, various design ideas are generated to address the identified issues. Next, a new interface Prototype is developed in the Prototype stage and evaluated through User Testing to ensure better usability and accessibility . The findings indicate that the redesign of the interface using the Design Thinking approach improves navigation ease, information readability, and overall user Satisfaction. With this new interface, the Palembang Class 1A Religious Court website is expected to provide more effective and inclusive information services to the public.
