Abstract GAP is a system of sustainable agriculture that prioritizes environmental health, agriculture with optimal profits, and production results that are safe for consumption. This research aims to 1) Analyze the application of GAP principles in the implementation of organic and inorganic rice farming activities in Sumber Suko Village. 2) Compare and analyze the difference in income between organic rice farming and inorganic rice farming in Sumber Suko Village. This research was conducted in Sumber Suko Village, Belitang District, East OKU Regency, South Sumatra Province in November 2024. The sampling technique used the method of disproportionate stratified random sampling and the data were analyzed using the tabulation method, then calculated mathematically using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. The results of the study showed that 1) The level of application of GAP on organic and inorganic rice farms in Sumber Suko Village is in the high category with a percentage of application of 96.43% for organic rice farms and 89.91% for inorganic rice farms. 2) The average income of organic rice farming in Sumber Suko Village is Rp 22,574,889/Ha/Mt, and the income of inorganic rice farmers is Rp 16,904,782/Ha/Mt with a difference of Rp 5,670,107/Ha/Mt, there is a significant difference between the income of organic rice farming and inorganic rice farming in Sumber Suko Village.
