PENGARUH KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF HIJAU, INOVASI HIJAU, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI HIJAU TERHADAP KINERJA KEBERLANJUTAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA HOTEL-HOTEL DI KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to analyze the influence of green competitive advantage, green innovation, and green organizational culture on sustainability performance. The objects of this study are managers, supervisors, and department heads who work in 3, 4, and 5-star hotels located in Palembang City. Using a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents in this study was 41 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data, with the SmartPLS4 analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that green competitive advantage, green innovation, and green organizational culture have an influence on sustainability performance.
