Hydroponic vegetable production in Jambi City is still limited, because there are few active agribusiness actors. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the flow of product supply chain management of Teras Hidroponik Jambi from upstream to downstream, (2) to analyze the income of hydroponic vegetable business in Teras Hidroponik Jambi, (3) to analyze the marketing strategy of hydroponic vegetables in Teras Hidroponik Jambi. This research was conducted at Teras Hidroponik Jambi from October 2023 to November 2023. The research method used in this research is the case study method. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling and accidental sampling method. The collection was carried out through the interview method with the help of questionnaires and field observations. The business production data used is data from January 2022 to December 2022. Data processing uses descriptive methods, farming analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that supply chain management of product flow was well implemented from upstream to downstream. The monthly income of Teras Hidroponik Jambi reached Rp 4,130,438 or Rp 49,575,250 per year with an R/C ratio of 1.7, which means it is profitable. The position of Teras Hidroponik Jambi on the SWOT diagram is included in quadrant I, namely the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy.
