Indonesian is known as an agricultural country, where the majority of Indonesian people depend on the agricultural sector. Agriculture is one of the dominant sectors in people's income in Indonesia because the majority of the population in Indonesian are farmers. One sub-sector that plays an important role in daily life is the horticulture sub-sector, including kale vegetables. The aims of this research are: (1) Analyzing production factors that can influence the income of land kale vegetable farming carried out by farmer owners and sharecroppers in Pulau Semambu Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. (2) Analyzing the differences in income of farmer owners and sharecroppers in land kale vegetable farming in Pulau Semambu Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This research was carried out in Pulau Semambu Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This research was conducted in June 2021. The sampling method used in this research was the balanced sampling method. The sample used in this research was 34 farmers with 17 owners and 17 cultivators. The data collection method used in this research is primary and secondary data collection. Primary data was obtained from direct observations and direct interviews with consumers using questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from journal results related to the research being carried out. The results of this research are: (1) The production factor that has a significant influence on the income of farmers who own and cultivate land kale is labor. Meanwhile, production factors in the form of land, capital, fertilizer, seeds and pesticides do not have a significant effect on the income of farmers cultivating land kale vegetables in Pulau Semambu Village. (2) There is no significant difference between the land kale vegetable farming income of farmer owners and cultivators in Pulau Semambu Village. The selling price for land spinach vegetable land owners is Rp1,500,- up to Rp2,000,- per bunch, while the selling price for cultivating ground kale vegetables is Rp1,000,- up to Rp1,500,- per bunch. The income from land spinach vegetable land owners is Rp900,000,- up to Rp1,800,000,- in one harvest, while the income from cultivators of land kale vegetable land is Rp600,000,- up to Rp975,000,- in one harvest. The income of land spinach vegetable land owners is Rp5,500,- up to Rp973,000,- in one harvest from sales, while the income of land spinach vegetable land cultivators is Rp12,500,- up to Rp232,500,- in one harvest from sales.
