ANALISIS SALURAN DAN TINGKAT EFISIENSI PEMASARAN TELUR ITIK PADA PASAR TRADISIONAL DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The process of channeling duck eggs until they get to the traditional market requires the involvement of marketing institutions. Therefore it is necessary to know how the process of distributing is appropriate and efficient. The purpose of the study is: (1) To analyze the shape of a mark-egg marketing channel in a traditional market in Palembang, (2) To calculate the margin of marketing and farmer's share of an egg in a traditional market in Palembang (3) To analyze the efficiency of the castle-egg marketing channel in the city of Palembang. The study was carried out in September 2023 in the traditional market for Palembang. The research method used was a survey method using a sample retrieval technique using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The first responders were taken, totaling 18 persons, 5 farmers, 1 merchant, and 12 retail merchants. Data is prepared using descriptive and quantitative methods. Research shows that there are 2 marketing channels: channel I farmer > market trader > consumer, and channel II farmer > agent > market trader > consumer. There's a wide margin on each channel. Marketing channel I have a margin value of rp580 / grains, and marketing channel II has a margin value of rp780 / grains. For the levels of marketing efficiency, the two marketing channels are efficient.
