This study is to examine the decision-making process of cassava farmers in Banjar Margo Regency, Tulang Bawang Regency, Lampung Province, in choosing to use or not to use NPK 17-6-25 Pusri cassava fertilizer. Cassava NPK Fertilizer is a product newly developed by PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja since 2016. Pupuk Indonesia prioritizes the production of NPK in the fertilizer industry because it is considered more useful for increasing food security because its composition is more comprehensive compared to other fertilizers. In 2021, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) launched cassava NPK fertilizer with the formula: nitrogen (N) 17%, phosphorus (P) 6%, and potassium (K) 25%. This product is part of Pusri's innovation in capturing market opportunities through the production of special commodity fertilizers. The objectives of this study are: (1) Analyzing the difference in production cost structure between farmers who use NPK Cassava 17-6-25 Pusri fertilizer and farmers who do not use NPK Cassava 17-6-25 fertilizer, (2) Analyzing the difference in income between farmers who use NPK Cassava 17-6-25 fertilizer and farmers who do not use NPK Cassava 17-6-25 Pusri, (3) Analyzing what factors affect farmers' decision to use NPK Cassava fertilizer 17-6-25 Pusri and farmers who do not use Cassava NPK fertilizer 17-6-25 Pusri. The method used is a survey method, with a total of 50 respondents who were selected through a stratified random sampling technique from each of the strata. Data were analyzed using descriptive tabulation, independent test of t-test samples, and binary logistic regression. From the results of the descriptive tabulation analysis, it shows that there is a difference in production costs between farmers who use and do not use Cassava NPK fertilizer 17-6-25 Pusri. As for the results of the analysis carried out using the independent sample t-test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected which means that there is a significant difference in income between user and non-user farmers. Meanwhile, the results of the binary logistics regression analysis showed that the variables of farming income (X1), age (X3) and productivity standards (D1) had a significant influence on farmers' decisions (Y: 1=Use 0=Not Use) with a value of sig
