PENGARUH APLIKASI FORMULASI Arthrobotrys sp. UNTUK PENGENDALIAN Meloidogyne sp. PADA TANAMAN TOMAT VARIETAS SINTA DI LAPANGAN
The tomato plant is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant and one that has high economic value. When the production period increased, tomato plants experienced many obstacles, one of which was pest and disease problems in the plants. Meloidogyne sp. is a nematode that grows very quickly and has high pressure on plant growth with typical symptoms visible on the roots, namely in the form of nodules called root knots. This nematode is a nematode that has obligate parasitic properties and has fast development and high resistance, making this nematode species attack many plants in development and seedling fields, causing many losses for farmers due to decreased crop production. NPA can be controlled by using antagonistic fungi, one of which is Arthrobotrys sp. The research was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The percentage of attacks was observed on tomato plants by looking at tomato plants that were attacked by root knots. The treatment with the highest attack symptoms was in the carbufuram nematicide treatment at 73.3%, second in the control treatment was 70%, third in the Arthrobotrys sp treatment. liquid amounted to 63.3%, and in the lowest treatment with an average attack percentage of 50% which was in the Arthrobotrys sp. (granule). Carbufuran nematicide treatments and controls had a high percentage of attacks due to their lack of effectiveness in controlling the Nematode Meloidogyne sp.
