Organic rice cultivation provides quite large benefits for agricultural development. Knowledge regarding the cost of production is very necessary to know whether the farming business is profitable or not, this to know the cost of production, an analysis of the cost of production is needed which will be used to determine the cost of production in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Apart from that, good post-harvest activities can be carried out to increase the added value of organic products. The final result of post-harvest activities is organic rice. The objectives of this research are (1) Calculating production costs in organic rice farming, (2) Calculating basic prices based on production inputs in organic rice farming, (3) Calculating the amount of added value in organic rice. The research was conducted in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and data was collected through direct interviews with 30 organic rice farmers. Data collection used quantitative descriptive analysis using the full costing method and the hayami method. The research results show that the average production costs incurred by farmers are Rp6.348.745 and Rp9.253.131. The cost of production obtained based on the use of production inputs and output results is IDR 1.590/Kg and the added value obtained from processing harvested dry grain into rice is IDR 3.734/Kg.
