Site-specific fertilization is very important for rice plant growth. Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K) which are essential macronutrients that are needed precisely by rice plants in order to grow optimally. This study aims to determine the availability of N, P, K nutrients and determine the appropriate fertilizer dosage based on the N P K nutrient content for rice fields in Purwodadi Village, East Oku. The method used in this study is a survey method with a detailed level of research map scale of 1:10,000. The study was conducted on 6 randomly selected blocks. Each block of rice fields was subjected to composite sampling 3 times by taking soil samples at a depth of 0-30 cm. The very low N-total value of rice field soil ranges from 0.016% to 0.130% with an average total of 0.064 ± 0.019%. The available P content is very low ranging from 0.30 mg kg-1 to 15.45 mg kg-1 with an average total of 2.87 ± 2.93 mg kg-1. The exchangeable K value is moderate to high ranging from 0.55 cmol kg-1 to 0.69 cmol kg-1 and the average total is 0.54 ± 0.05 Cmol kg-1. The content of N and P nutrients in paddy soil is classified as very low, so it is necessary to add Urea fertilizer with a dose of 230.42 kg ha-1 to 280 kg ha-1. The average dose for each paddy block is 244.92 ± 5.018 kg ha-1 Urea to 268.65 ± 6.76 kg ha-1 Urea. The lack of P nutrients at the research location requires the addition of SP-36 fertilizer with doses ranging from 63.53 kg ha-1 to 214.5 kg ha-1. The dose of SP-36 fertilizer for each block of rice fields ranges from 108.79 ± 74.29 to 165.38 ± 2.21 kg ha-1 SP-36. The K-dd value in the soil is classified as moderate to high, so there is no need to add K fertilizer from KCl because the plant's K needs are met by the K content available in the soil.
