Tomato is a horticultural plant that belongs to the Solaceae family and the most important vegetable commodity that is widely consumed by the public. The process of cultivating tomato plants requires special attention, because it is easily attacked by disease. There are many factors that cause low production of tomato plants such as pathogen infection by fungi, bacteria, viruses and nematodes. One of the diseases that attack tomato plants is wilt disease caused by the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum. Symptoms caused by this fungus are that the roots will rot and the stem if cut will show symptoms in the form of brownish rings, on the leaves will be yellowish in color until it causes wilting and death of the plant. The research was conducted from June to October 2023. The research was carried out in the research experimental field and Phytopathology Laboratory, Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from June to completion. The method used in the study used the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method consisting of 5 treatments with 5 replications so that 30 experimental units of plants were obtained. Each experimental unit consists of 1 tomato plant. Observations were made by census method on each treatment. The initial symptoms of wilt disease are characterized by the lowest leaves that are yellow over time will become dry and die. Primary symptoms of wilt disease can be seen on the stem affected by wilt disease when split inside the tissue is brown and there is a ring. Data from the observation of the intensity of tomato plant attack treatment (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5) is not significantly different from fusarium wilt disease. Trichoderma antagonism given to tomato plants showed the highest disease intensity value with the control treatment (P1) having a wilt percentage of 65.67. The lowest percentage of wilt disease in the treatment of Trichoderma sp. incubation in the soil 10 days before planting (P5) which amounted to 25.70. The growth of tomato plants applied Trichoderma is not significantly different in the observation data. This is because environmental conditions and food sources determine the effectiveness and efficiency of Trichoderma in helping the growth of tomato plants
