PENGELOLAAN TANAMAN TERPADU PADA BUDIDAYA MENTIMUN (CUCUMIS SATIVUS) (LINNAEUS) TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN PENYAKIT EMBUN BULU (DOWNY MILDEW)
Cucumber is one of the vegetable commodities that are widely consumed by the people of Indonesia. Downy mildew attacks the leaves by having a yellow irregular pattern, then spreads and causes the leaves to dry brown. Integrated Crop Management is one of the technologies to maintain land quality and achieve farm sustainability. This study aims to determine the integrated crop management affects the incidence and intensity of diseases in cucumber cultivation caused by downy mildew. This research was conducted in Bakung Village and Tanjung Pering Village, North Indralaya Subdistrict and Tanjung Sejaro Village, South Indralaya Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra using diagonal sampling, and pathogen identification activities were carried out at the Phytopathology Laboratory, Plant Protection, Sriwijaya University. The observed variables were disease incidence, disease intensity and integrated crop management technology. The rate of plant development in each village increased or decreased in accordance with the intensity of feather dew disease, with the highest intensity in Bakung Village with 13.6% and the lowest in Tanjung Sejaro Village with 6.08%, in accordance with the application of integrated crop technology.
