Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is one of the most popular and important vegetable crops worldwide. Obstacles in the cultivation of tomato plants are not immune from pest attacks, which result in disruption of tomato plant growth and a decrease in tomato production in Indonesia is also caused by root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne sp. Meloidogyne sp is a nematode that develops very quickly and has a high pressure on plant growth with typical symptoms seen in the roots, namely in the form of pustules called root knots. This study aims to determine the level of Meloidogyne sp attack on tomato plants after the application of Arthrobotrys sp fungus and to determine the effectiveness of Arthrobotrys sp fungus in suppressing Meloidogyne sp root punctures on tomato plants. The method used was RAL (Completely Randomized Design) with an experiment consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replicates. Observations were made directly by observing the percentage of attack, disease severity, gall calculation, egg mass calculation, plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, plant weight, and number of stalks. In this study, observations were made for 6 weeks, then when dismantling there were symptoms in the form of galls on the roots of tomato plants. From this study, it was found that the symptoms of root puru attack on tomatoes caused by Meloidogyne sp were seen from the disturbance of the roots in the form of galls so that the absorption process of both nutrients and plant food ingredients was reduced or inhibited. The percentage of Meloidogyne sp attack on tomato plants for 6 weeks after application. The treatment with the highest attack symptoms in the control treatment amounted to 9.68b, while the lowest was dominated by the treatment of Arthrobotrys sp. (granule) at 6.39a. The results of disease severity obtained 6 weeks after application on tomato plants showed significantly different results (P = 0.0004) between each treatment.
