UJI KINERJA TRAKTOR TANGAN DENGAN PERBEDAAN KEDALAMAN PEMBAJAKAN, BENTUKAN MATA BAJAK DAN SHIN TERHADAP SLIP RODA
This research aims to determine the wheel slip of a hand tractor with rubber wheels when cultivating land with different depths, shin and the shape of the plow blade. This research was carried out from August 2023 to September 2023 at the Mechanical, Soil and Water Engineering Laboratory, Agricultural Engineering Study Program, as well as the Practical and Research Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya Indralaya University. The method used was a Randomized Block Factorial Design (RAKF) which consisted of three treatment factors, namely rubber wheel diameter, depth difference, and shape of the plow share. Research parameters consist of main and supporting parameters. The main parameters are Wheel Slip and supporting parameters including Fuel, Travel Time Per Track, wheel rotation speed, Bulk Density, Width of Land Turning, and Percentage of Land Turning. The research results showed that the depth of plowing, the shape of the plow and the combination of treatment levels had a significant effect on wheel slip. Combination of treatments The lowest wheel slip percentage was on D2M2B2 (15 cm depth, slanted singkal plow, horn plow shape) namely 81.79%.
